I seem to be in a ruminative mood this morning. Two cups of strong coffee help that thinking process.
Anyhoo, my thoughts ran in the direction of personal rights, as I consider my just due, as a full-grown human being. My inalienable birthrights to me mean that I, and I alone, have full ownership of myself. I make the decision if I want to gamble; strap myself in; wear a helmet; do myself in; engage in ( in private with a consensual partner) any sexual practice I enjoy; enter into the world's oldest profession or pay for the services of such; smoke; drink alcohol; do the drugs of my choice; or.....
